Dru Yoga is an approachable and inclusive yoga style. There are many ways that one can experience a posture or movement and the encouragement is to start where you are and honour your body's ability to create wellness and strength. The aim is for a practice that can be suitable for all. Using flowing movement, breath awareness and visualisation, we can discover our own practice of self-care through yoga. My sessions run for 90 minutes and we explore asana (postures), sequences, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) as well as full guided relaxation. Currently these sessions are in a 6 week series with a particular focus or theme - but designed so that they can be experienced as a complete series, or as single sessions.
