Reflexology Refresher

A two-day reflexology refresher, designed for people who have previously learned a minimum of 12 hours of reflexology. 

On the first day you will revise reflexology relaxation techniques, the thumb-walking technique and a general relaxation sequence. 

On the second day you will learn/revise the endocrine balance and the lymphatic system balance on the feet.

It is possible to only attend on the Sunday, providing you have previously studied for a minimum of 12 hours.
